Fuel Kitchen presents Miles Maeda a pioneer who has been in Chicago nightlife scene the 1990′s. Miles was very highly influenced by his classical music background. He has been organizing major events in the 90′s such as Atmospheric Audio Chair and a few others. He has also been a resident DJ in Smart Bar for over 7 consecutive years. Miles music creates an atmosphere that seems to be very deep and creative. Fuel Kitchen by day has a regular lunch menu, including smoothies and java from the very modern looking juice and cofee bar. During the night the bar serves ocktails. Also almost every night there is some kind of live entertainment, which usually means DJs or good stand-up comedy. The whole place looks very modern and sleek, which is accompanied by the tiled bar and red lighting behind it. Enjoy your Tuesday !
